Amongst the Sunnat of the Amar Bil Maroof (enjoining right conduct) and the Nahi Anil Munkir (forbidding indecency), the major Waajib (Essential) Order on that person, who meets with people is this that: he should enjoin upon the right conduct and should forbid indecency. And any work for the Almighty Blessed Lord does not give benefit as long as the violence on the slaves of Allah and homicide is not given up. When enjoining upon right conduct is stopped, then Allah Almighty causes the Auspiciousness (and blessing), Welfare, Deliverance inadmissible, and the Son of Saeed said that when a sin is kept undisclosed, the harm and damage comes to the doer only and when it is done openly, its damage is widespread. And such was the condition with Hazrat Sufyaan Sori Rahmatu-Allahe Ta-aala Alaihe that when he happened to see a sin being committed and was unable to stop in people, then, due to this (emotional) suffering, the urine of blood started to come from his body. And for every male and female Muslim, it is essential that he should be he, at this place, who has Hamiyat (supportiveness for good actions), Ghairat (stopper of wrongdoing) and should be harsh with those, who are worthy of hanging over gibbet. And he should appreciate this thing that he has to pay the right of his Ilm by practicing Amar Bil Maroof (enjoining right conduct) and the Nahi Anil Munkir (forbidding indecency) same as the Holy Messengers (of Allah) Alaihimus-Salaam practiced. [That is why, Hazrat Muhammad Sal Allahu Alaihe Wa Aa-lehee Wa-sallam said that the Ulema of my Ummat are like the Messengers of the Bani Israel]; and he should say to the evil doer fearlessly that "Fear from Allah". In addition, it is great bounty in saying that, which is the truth on the face of a cruel Emir because this thing is superior to waging Jihad.

O dear! Remember that that person, who is duplicitous (and hypocrite) and is like that Qazi (judge), who eats interest on money (Ribaa) and is like that person, who is not just (and impartial) in his decisions (and gives undue favor to the powerful party) and is like a despotic Emir, he is like Devils and like those, who have gone astray of the beaten path. His every argument, which he puts forth with sincere love in order to spread Bidat, should never be believed. O Allah! Help him, who helps (and supports) the Deen (Faith) of Muhammad Sal Allahu Alaihe Wa Aa-lehee Wa-sallam and cause him disgraced, who insults the Deen of Muhammad Sal Allahu Alaihe Wa Aa-lehee Wa-sallam! Every inner-self, which is conflicting to outer-self, is Baatil.

O dear! Capture the word of Ilm from its root as, the Aien is the name of Amal (practice). That person, who did not get the asset from the fount of Ilm, he is just Aienof Ilm (that is, he could not advance in knowledge as Aein is the first letter of alphabet of world Ilm). He is blind and deprived of Marifat even if he has read so many words of Ilm. As long as he does not rectifies the evil character of the Nafs, the (hampering) trouble of Ilm on him will continue heaping up.
