(MEANS IS SUPERIOR TO EXCELLENCE)

 

Remember! Means (Waseela) is superior to excellence (Fazeelat) because while committing sin if the Nafs is threatened with the excellence of Holy Quran and Hadis, dread of Hell, pleasure of Heaven, points of Fiqah, fearing God, the intercession of Hazoor (SA ALLAH HU ALIHA WA ALLIHI WASILIM), the torment of Qiyamat and Pulsirat etc and all that is going to be faced there and Nafs acknowledges even then Nafs does not abstain from committing sin. Yes on the other hand if one remembers the name of his Sheikh as a means (Waseela) and cries or does the Tassawar of the figure of Sheikh as a link or the Tassawar of Ism e Allah as a link or Tassawar of the Ism e Muhammad (SA ALLAH HU ALIHA WA ALLIHI WASILIM) as a connecting link, the Nafs escapes committing the sin and feels the fear of the wrath of Allah! Thus the means of Murshid is superior to excellence!!

 

That is the reason why ‘excellence’ could not save Hazrat Yusuf AS from the adultery with Zulaikha but ‘means’ saved him because between Hazrat Yusuf AS and Zulaikha the ‘means’ acted its part with the power of Allah – which made both Hazrat Yusuf AS and Zulaikha apart and saved Hazrat Yusuf AS and Zulaikha from committing adultery!

 

(THE REALITY OF THE SPIRITUAL GLANCE OF A KAMIL FAKIR)

 

So! Single Glance of a Fakir Kamil is superior to the worship that one may have done all his life and the all the knowledge of excellence and Fiqah because Ilm is skinned in the Zahiri skin and cover while the knowledge of the Marifat is safe in the bosom of a Fakir which is the secret of the secret of the mysteries of God because of the fact that the Aalims seek knowledge from dead hearted men but Fakirs are taught by the God Who is Hayyu Qayyum!

 

So Allah Almighty says: “and had taught him knowledge from Our presence” (18:65)

So the scholars of (zahiri) knowledge are in pursuit of livelihood and the pomp of the life of the decaying carrion world whereas a Fakir is in pursuit of Deedar of his Lord. It is the fire of Hell that is Haram (not allowed) on the Aalims but on the Fakirs both Hell and Heaven are Haram!
