BAYT The ‘dog’ of Ashaab e Kahf practices virtue for a few days, Which made it of a status like a man.
Allah Almighty says: “I created jinn and mankind only that they might worship Me.” (51:56)
That is: they recognize Me thus the worshipers of Allah are Aalims and are the of the status of beginners while ‘those who have successfully done Gnosis of God’ are the Fakirs who are the of the status of the ‘ending’.
BAYT O Bahu (Rh) Allah is near us why to say Him far? He, who focused eye on Him, became one with eyes filled with Noor.
He, who merely bears Zahiri knowledge alone he is devoid of Zikr, Fikr, immersion and the Marifat of Baatin. Excellence is useful along with means (Waseela) and without means the excellence is of no merit. So the excellence takes to the (office of) Qaza (of judge) and the means of Fukr and hunger takes to the resignation of God. That is why the Imam (Islamic pontiff of a sect) of Muslims Hazrat Imam e Azam (the greatest Imam Hazrat Imam Abu Hanifa Rh) did not appreciate (preferred) the office of Qaza (in spite of the inflictions of the king of that time) and sacrificed his life for the resignation of Lord.
A Fakir who does not worship in Zaahir is a sinner in the opinion of Aalims whereas the worship that Aalims offer in Zaahir is a sin in Baatin in the opinion of Fakirs because the Aalims enjoy office like Hazrat Musa AS who was Kaleem Ullah in Zaahir whereas Fakirs enjoy the Baatini (of Baatin) office like Hazrat Hizr AS. The fable of (Hazrat Hizr AS and Hazrat Musa AS) has been described in the Surah Kahf: making the boat defective, killing the boy and mending the old wall.
And when you find a Fakir employs many efforts in doing Zikr, Fikr, devout and piety and takes pains for these then conclude that he is still wandering about in the jungle of the misleading veil unless and until he does not get immersed in the Hazoori of Fana Fi Allah.
