PAGE NO. 13
After this he reads this on saying Salam on his right side:
‘Peace lies in Wahdat (unity) and duality invites perils’
It means that peace exists only in the Wahdat of Allah Almighty and Allah is One. He who leaves the ambit of Wahdat and assumes duality, he falls into Kufr and Shirk because Duality invites all problems. Then he says Salam on his left side (to conclude prayers) and reads (this Hadis):
‘O Allah! Keep me among the indigent (Miskeen, needy) and allow me death in the same state and raise me from among them on the Day of Judgment.’
Because the wayfarer disciple (Saalik) of Lahut (the realm of divinity) is called a Muttaqi Miskeen Fakir (pious indigent Fakir) who always remains immersed in Wahdat. Fukr of this class is pride of Muhamamd (SA ALLAH HU ALIHA WA ALLIHI WASILIM).
Then he raises his hand up to his bosom and prays to Allah: “O my Lord! Seek your refuge from: the knowledge that brings no profit (benefit), the heart that fear not of Allah, the Nafs that never feels satiety, and that prayer which is never accepted by Allah. And O my Lord! I take your refuge from these four things’.
(FRIENDLINESS WITH DUNYA IS A BIG HURDLE IN TALIB’S WAY)
Beware! That if a man keeps in heart the love for Dunya as small as the seed of barely even, if all the Aulia Allah on the face of earth would collectively (give him their Tawajuh) but till the time he will continue to keep this love in his heart, it will not leave his heart (and he will till then remain deprived of Marifat) because of the fact that the darkness, indignation and verdigris in his heart keep him aloof from the Marifat because the love for Dunya is like a killing poison. The killing poison kills a soul but the love of Dunya finishes one’s Eimaan!
HADIS Dunya consumes one’s Eimaan in such a way as fire burns dry wood.
