This is because that for a Qadri his eating is his Mujahida and his sleeping is his vision. And the follower of this Order there remains no difference between hunger and satiety; sleep or wakefulness; intoxication or vigilance and silence or speaking. And dear! People think that he, while doing so, is talking with them but, in Baatin, he is talking permanently, with God, Hazoor (SA ALLAH HU ALIHA WA ALLIHI WASILIM) and Hazrat Shah Moheyuddin Abdul Qadri Jeelani Rh. He eats bread of this world and carries out duty of the next world! His (spiritual) Glance, his Tawajuh (spiritual attention, concentration, focus) and his Waham (groundless thought/fear) is from his state of Hazoori of the Majlis of Hazoor (SA ALLAH HU ALIHA WA ALLIHI WASILIM). Thus his actuality cannot be apprehended by a mother blind and perplexed person!

Those of the Qadri Order are the ruling leaders in both the worlds because their real root is Arif Bi Allah Fana Fi Allah Fakir in the Tassawar (visualization) of the Ism e Allah Zaat. Such said Qadri Fakir is known as a male lion, the emperor and sharer of the secret.

The follower of the Qadri Order abstains from: music and songs because these attract towards the desires of Nafs and a Kamil Qadri has no want of any desire for music as he is constantly remains immersed in the Zaat (person, substance) of Lord and before the Tawajuh of the Zaat the music is of the status of the desire of Nafs and as such it has no worth to appear between.

Further this Qadri Order is the Marifat of Lord and His favor for man. Thus the Istadraaj (a miraculous happening from a Non Muslim or a Magician) and Karamaat (Plural of Karamat i.e. a miraculous happening) of music and dance are acts of shame for him.

Be informed! That the real outcome of life is not in music and melody but it lies in the relation with God and His Prophet (SA ALLAH HU ALIHA WA ALLIHI WASILIM). Music is absolutely a humiliation. Yes! Music and melody can help in finding Kashf (discovery) of the real heart and Kashf of graves but music deprives one of the Majlis of Hazoor (SA ALLAH HU ALIHA WA ALLIHI WASILIM) and Wisaal with Allah. What happens is that music produces a kind of fire in human body.
