After this he should avail
the intercession of the Sultan ul Fukr so that he may be allowed Hazoori and
after this he should demand Fukr.

Taffakur in His blessings and not in His Zaat.
The place where Ism e Allah
stays, that surely is honored with Hazoori. He, who is dominated by Ism e Allah
Zaat, he remains neither with Fikr nor with intelligence. This is what is
called �Hama Oo
Ast dar Maghz pewast� (he who is always occupied with Him in mind). Therefore,
the greatest wealth is the Deedar of Lord. The dignified wealth is also Deedar.
The honorable pleasure is also Deedar. And demand Deedar with Fukr. So what is
the status of Fukr? And what is called Fukr? Fukr is that which with a single
Glance or Hazraat of Ism e Allah Zaat, purifies all the seven physical body
parts of Talib so such a degree that for all his life, there remains no need
for any Riyazat or doing Chillas and it makes him honored with having taken
Deedar and one who is at a close place near Haq and takes the Talib to Hazoori.
Further Fukr is that can bring turmoil in the entire universe due to its
proximity to the Ism e Allah Zaat and its fury and wrath. Furthermore that Fukr
can raise all the real of the dead and bestow it with existence with the
Jamaliyat (beauty) of its esteemed place in the eyes of Allah. These degrees of
grace, merit and grant of Allah Almighty are available to Fukr by virtue of
Liqa. This is what is called �Ghaus Qutub Rabbani Fana Fi Allah and everlasting
Baqa Bi Allah� for example Hazrat Shah Abdul Qadir Jelaani Rh. (Fakirs) have a
sword of Tassawar that kills the fatal (foes). They use to be immersed in Fana
Fi Allah Noor of the Zaat with Tassaruf. That Fakir who is Fana Fi Allah Zaat,
he never focuses on the degrees and honors.
That
word which takes near Allah Almighty and by virtue of which both worlds become
obedient like slaves as if they are conquered and brought in command and
control. Which word is that by which superiority
and moral distinction is available to Hazrat Muhammad Sal Allahu Alaihi
Wassallam? That (word) is the �ardent desire� and �affection� (Shauq and
Shafqat).
Allah is sufficient, all
else is lust.
