Because of this Noor he remains always significant before Allah Almighty and
in the vision of those who have won grace of Allah Almighty. And on his heart
many thousands countless Divine Self Disclosures are imported in and he remains
immersed in the Deedar of Allah Almighty.
These ranks are of that person whose Qalb has turned living and heart is waken
and who�s Zaahir and Baatin is strictly following the Shariat.
The Prophet of Allah PBUH said: �verily Allah does not notice your faces and
deeds but he notices hearts and intentions�
�Intention of the believer is superior to his action�
The Fakir Arif Bi Allah endowed with power of vision which he
gains through Hazraat of the Ism e Allah Zaat, bears such a Taufiq that can
bring under his command and control every country, every Wilayat and each
continent from east to west from Caucuses to Caucuses.
Such an immersed Qutub Wahdat Fakir is also called Maalik ul Mulki. So such
person, if wants, can raise a poor and needy beggar to the status of throne of
the seven continents and can demote a king of the seven continents to the
position of a beggar.
These services are in the hands of a Fakir Wali Allah in whose vision all
phenomena of both the worlds are measureable like a beam balance does. Thus it
is a matter of critical importance for a king to seek help of a Kamil Arif Bi
Allah in his every adventure because it is much much better to get Tawajuh of a
Kamil Fakir than performing Dawat on the basis of knowledge and gathering
countless armies and spending big treasures. Compulsory Matter about religion
and of world can never be accomplished until and unless a Fakir Aalim Bi Allah
Wali Allah does not issue his Tawajuh in Zaahir and in Baatin. Fakirs distribute
the ruling power to the kings as a charity. The Fakir who is always immersed in
a state of Fana Fi Allah, although seemingly he communicates with general public
but in reality he always remains attentive to Allah.
