The holy congregational gathering (court, Majlis ) of Hazoor Muhammad
PBUH, the holy Apostles and Aulia Allah (the Friends of Allah), the
times of Death and Doomsday, Grave and the Gathering and Accountability
on the Day of Judgment etc and impress on heart the reflection of said.
Then try to repeatedly write the holy names of Allah and Hazoor Muhammad
PBUH (both in Arabic) on your forehead and your heart with the imaginary
finger of your imagination.
And Isme-Muhammad (peace be upon him)
And if your ego is unruly and needs suppression, then also write the
name of Allah same way at navel point (belly button). Imagining your
right hand index finger to be a pen, write Ism e Allah Zaat on your
forehead; this will create absorbance of heat (glory) and write Ism e
Muhammad (peace be upon him) on your chest; this will get absorbance of
coolness (Jamali) and on both said places where you are writing the
Ism's, imagine the said Names as if inscribed in bold format(bold
literals) beautifully written in a moon white, red, and sunlight
brilliant colors and keep repeating this (writing of Ism's) with your
imaginary finger, and keep guard on Nafs and do Zikr in such a fashion
of Pass Ansfas i.e. when you breathe in say the word Allah in
your heart and when you breathe out think the word Hu is
coming out from your heart and when you practice Ism e Muhammad (peace
be upon him) then while breathing in say Mohammad-ur-Rasoolullah (peace
be upon him) and while breathing out imagine sayingSalallaho
alahi Wasalim in
your heart.
