He does not need of closing his eyes,
The Arif Bi Allah views His manifestations with open eye, by the grace of Allah.

No rank, office, Qurb o Hazoori, Marifat, Taufiq, Zikr and Fikr, Meditation, Research, Mukashifa (revelation, divine presence, spiritual contemplation), Truthfulness, Muhaasba e Tasdeeq (to call to account for confirmation), Wilayat (province, guardianship), Ghinayat La Shikayat (being in state of demanding or wishing nothing and without complaining), Inayat e La Nihayat (infinite grants), the positions of Ghaus, Qutb, Fakir, Darwaish can be proved and fixed without the performance of visualization of Ism e Allah Zaat. Because a beam of Divine Light of Tauhid emanates from the Ism e Allah Zaat and the performer of Tassawar gets wrapped by the said beam and thereafter he gets absorbance in the sights of Allah. Such a Deedar and Investigation is considered a fair practice because this is merely a grant, bounty, attraction, endowment and kindness of God.

Whoso denies the endowment of Allah and the �exalted position� and whoso deviates from the exalted position (Martaba e Mahmood), he ends as a rejected and discarded person no matter whether he had been a Scholar Ignorant (Aalim Jaahil) or Ignorant Scholar (Jaahil Aalim).

BAYT

The Gnostic who has more grace of Marifat e Khudawandi,
He can distinguish true and false through his glance.

Whoso bears a dead heart, dejected body, is a seeker of pomp of the world and is cruel, is a bandit for Muslims as he is not only malicious but bearer of a black heart. The said person is called �cruel� and �astray�.

Allah says: �and incline not towards those who do wrong lest the fire touches you� (Hood : 111)

And he who learns the knowledge of Oneness under the umbrella of the core reality of Allah Almighty, he gets absorption in it so deep that he forgets even Sawab and Azaab (reward of virtue and punishment of sins). He remains sometimes, in the state of darkness and sometimes in alert and vigilant state, sometimes in sleepiness and sometimes awakened. He remains, in every state, annihilated in the Oneness of Allah and views His sight. These virtues are virtues of exonerated Arifs.
