Aalim Aamil is one remains always associated with the Majlis of Hazoor PBUH with
the power of his knowledge. These are the powers of Aalim Aamil. And Fakir Kamil
is one who visions the phenomena of the realms of Hayaat, Mamaat and act of
dawat under his power of remaining very near to Allah.
Allah says: �How disbelieve you in Allah when you were dead and He gave life to
you! Then He will give you death, then life again, and then unto Him you will
return� (2:28)
Fakir is lively in life, with lively tongue, lively heart, steadfast, lively
heart, lively Ruh, lively statesman; and with departed jealously, departed lust,
departed greed and departed Nafs. Such a fakir is perpetual sighter of the
Divine Being. His right is over every common or proper. Every morsel of food
which he taken in under any circumstances whatsoever, he eats from his
predestination and luck, is legitimate unto him and eating this relieves of the
mankind from fakir�s right over them. Since Fakir whose real origin gets
connected with Ism e Allah Zaat, he always remains immersed and preoccupied in
every state of condition and action with Union with Allah Almighty and His
Marifat. Whatever he considers appropriate, eats and this is Halal on him
because from east to the west entire creation of Allah on earth is under his
influence and control. Due the profound profitable outcomes due to presence of
Fakir on mother earth, all remain safe and secure in peace from all calamities
and disasters. That is why he owes a share in the earnings of all and as such
whatever he may eat is Halal to him. That is why the Arif e Room (Maulana Jalal
ud Din Roomi Rh) who claims mastership in Allah�s Ilm, states:
BAYT
Whosoever�s morsel it is, it turns into Noor due to his glory,
Whatever he deems fit, he eats and it is Halal on him.
Since body of Fakir is noor-like, thus the morsel of Haram can
never pass through his esophagus.
