He who is absolute depender on others,cannot be the bearer of �Glance�,
Kamil Fukr is, but, the state of absolute self sufficinecy and able to do everything,
The humble (Bahu Rh) clearly advise you that while on the pathway of the Right,
You must not even take even the lowest breath before Murshid Kamil.

Where all is clear, there is no need for any illustration!

Hazaoor e Akram PBUH�s Fukr can turn the unfortunate to fortunate,
And this Fukr to Allah shines one�s luck due to his nearness to Hazoor PBUH.

Fakir Kamil with his every Taufiq, representing Hazoor PBUH, shows whatever apparent status to Talib Kamil and whatever Talib percieves in Baatin and for whatever he is ordained from Hazoori and whatever observes in Zaahir and/or Baatin in a particular manner, all is certain.

MORE ON SHARHA E DAWAT

The Fakir Kamil who is commander in performaing Dawat and he can excersise Tawajuh ), he does not need to assertain Nisaab e Zakaat (limit for paying Zakat/alms) and to find �favoralbe and unfavorable� moments, to work out positions of Stars and Constallations, to �lock� and unlock something while sitting far away, to abandon overvalued, beautifull and well bred cattle; carefully taking two times bath, the returning or negation, damage, fasting, sitting in lonliness and performing Chilla or excersising Mujahida. All the said satanic temptations, perils, groundless fears are for the imperfect, crude and incomplete performer of Dawat (and not for Kamil).
