PAGE NO. 19 Allah Almighty says: And restrain yourself (O Muhammad
(SA
ALLAH HU ALIHA WA ALLIHI WASILIM)) patiently with those who call on their Lord
morning and evening, seeking His countenance, and let not your eyes overlook
them, desiring the pomp and glitter of the life of the world; and obey not him
whose heart We have made heedless of Our Remembrance, one who follows his own
lusts and whose affair (deeds) has been lost (18:28)
(O Talib) you must learn!
That the station of Ilm ul Yaqeen is the station of wisdom and intelligence
i.e. Aalims belief is based on Knowledge. BAYT Knowledge
depends on the good health of vision, A
devout without knowledge, is a bandit. Further the rank of Ilm ul
Yaqeen is further higher. For example a Majzoob (a person who feels over
absorbance of the intoxication of Divine Love and is careless of every other
thing in his surrounding) is immersed in the Wahdat of Lord and is always happy
in vision of the Noor of Divine Self Disclosure. His house seems deserted but
his Baatin is rich. The third degree is of Haq ul Yaqeen. He, who has found
Haq, made his Baatin. Every such person is called holder of the degree of Much
Loved. His Zaahir is in company with people but his Baatin is with Creator.
When Fukr reaches its climax, it is Wisaal of Haq i.e. it is Allah. Such
person eats Halal (lawful) and shuns Haram (unlawful). He always keeps his Nafs
responsible. He is fed up with Kufr and is sincere and devotee to Islam. The fourth position is Noor
ul Mubeen (clear, true) which is the position of Fana Fi Allah Baqa Bi Allah.
If, at this stage, the Talib would experience Hijr (staying away of Allah), he
would feel scorched in fire up to his head and if he experiences Wisaal but has
insufficient courage to bear it, he becomes sad and worried. And it is Kufr and
Shirk to be sorrowful in Wisaal. And he wishes if he could have returned to God.
