takes hold on the entire body from top to the toe. But rather Qalb puts on the cloak of Ruh.
These are the degrees of a living heart. Hazoor
(SA ALLAH HU ALIHA WA ALLIHI WASILIM) said: �my eyes sleep but my heart does
not�
By �sleep� does not mean
that the heart can sleep but it means that one�s heart should not be �negligent
and heedless�. Heart should be busy in remembering Lord. Further by �sleeping�
means that heedless people should be shunned away by you. (it
means Zikr e Qalbi which
always goes on whether one sleeps or awakes). ABYAAT O
Heart! Why don�t you toil for life? Why
don�t you drink this sweet elixir? When
heart turns alive with the Zikr of Allah, it dies
never then, A
live heart never experiences sleep and remain vigilant always. (SPONTANEOUS
START OF ZIKR OF THE HEART � ZIKR E QALBI) When Qalb
has awakened in the said way from asleep, it moves (oscillates).
