But one who is performing Maraqiba should always keep doing Zikr, Fikr and Tasbeeh. When he commences focusing his Tawajuh towards Baatin, he should recite three times Tasmiya (Bismillah hi-Rahmani Raheem) and three times Darood Shareef (Darood e Ibrhaimi) then three times Ayat ul Kursi (2:55) and then three times �Salamun Qaulun Mirrabbiraheem�,

then three times each of the four Surah that start with �Qul� (all the material is available at http://www.hazratsultanbahu.com/taz/en/ for reference), three times Surah Fatiha, three times Istaghfaar, three times Kalima Tamjeed and three times Kalima Tayyeba and while reciting Kalima Tayyeba he should visualize Ism e Allah Zaat and Ism e Muhammad (SA ALLAH HU ALIHA WA ALLIHI WASILIM). After doing all said, the Talib should close his eyes and intend for the Majlis of Anbiya and Aulia Allah and the Marifat of �Il Allah�. Surely and certainly the Murshid Kamil will take before Hazoor in his companionship. What I mean to say is that he will hear the valid and authentic reciting Quran Majeed, Zikr of Allah, voices of readers reading Hadis of Nabi (SA ALLAH HU ALIHA WA ALLIHI WASILIM) and Hadis e Qudsi in the Hazoor of the Majlis of the Anbiya and Aulia Allah. After some days, when the Talib of Allah will have become acquainted with and informed about the spirits of Anbiya and Aulia Allah (friends of Allah, saints), there will left no need for drawing any Zahiri or Baatini Hisar (virtual fence) because the Talib will have found Haq. Or the visual imprints of the Ism e Allah, Ism e Lillah, Ism e Lahu, Ism e Hu and Ism e Muhammad (SA ALLAH HU ALIHA WA ALLIHI WASILIM) (all names in Arabic Script) will stay on his heart and the words of Kalima Tayyeba will get embossed on his heart. Whenever he will attend to his heart, he will see the Holy Names and words (of Kalima Tayyeba) beautifully printed over his heart. whenever someone performs the Tassaruf of Tassawar, the beatific visions of Divine Self Disclosure are appeared on him and whatever he intends finds from the Loh e Zamir (the plate of heart and conscience) but rather the Loh e Mahfooz (Divine Scriptum) seems so small like just a point Loh e Zamir (as compared to size) and all the knowledge of Zaahir and Baatin e.g. Ilhaam, Ilm e Ludni all gets amplified with Loh e Zamir. This is the office of a starter Arif.

I regret and wonder greatly on that creed who claim having attained the position of the Fana Fi Sheikh (annihilation in Sufi Teacher) but in reality they are at the position of Fana Fi Satan; or claim having attained the position of Fana Fi Rasool (SA ALLAH HU ALIHA WA ALLIHI WASILIM) but in actuality they are dead-carrion.
