The person who employees his knowledge for the pursuit of the desires of his false ego (Nafs), is like a snake. And the Aalim who decorates his heart and Ruh with his knowledge, he is practical, vigilant and eligible of taking Deedar. The said Scholar is known as �Aalim Bi Allah� (scholar with Allah), �Aalim Fana Fi Allah� and �Aalim Wali Allah�. He advances higher up the levels of Knowledge and attains the reaches at the level of Fukr and Aulia Allah and immerses, like Hazrat Bayazid Bastami Rh, in Ism e Allah Zaat and Tauhid. He, who is a denier of Ism e Allah and Ism e Muhammad PBUH, is Abu Jahl the second or he is a Pharaoh. Who between the said two you consider yourself? Same as it is hard for a Kafir to recite Kalima Tayyeba, for a dead hearted person it difficult to gain Tassawuf because Nafs gets put to shame due as an effect of the Tassawuf, heart turns living and Ruh turns worth-seeing. Mere study of books does not reveal the mysteries and secrets of Allah Almighty and does not provide Wasal (union). The Naqis Murshid engages in the toil of Zikr, Fikr (reflection), Wird (repeated reciting of particular verses or words etc), Wazaif (lengthy prayers), Chilla and Riyazat but Murshid Akmal (more perfect) bestows upon the entire treasure of Tassaruf, Marifat and Hazoori in the very first day.

Hazoori showers Marifat and life to heart,
No Hazoori means disgrace and shame.

To become a Murshid is not an easy assignment because is it very difficult and tough a job to tame a ravished elephant like Talib. To accomplish this task, Taufiq and complete influence is required. Murshid is like a Mahout, where ever he intends takes the ravished-elephant-like Talib. And if Talib is like a vixen and Murshid displays characteristics like a jackal then both are combine together for the carrion pomp of the Dunya. If Talib is like a male lion then the Murshid should be like a lion-keeper. Lion eats living prey and does not incline towards dead prey. And if Murshid is like a hawk and Talib is like a kite, then spiritual gathering will not suit to Talib.
