But rather he always cries �Hal Min Mazeed! Hal Min Mazeed� Hal Min Mazeed�� (is there more of it?). These are the degrees of Marifat of Tauhid, Tajreed, Tafreed, guide of the right way, true existence and exact Liqa and these grant Qurb of God and Hazoori. So, the Murshid who has Taufiq of these, it is fair if he initiates Talibs and Murids. The Pir who does not know this way, it is erring for him if he initiates someone as Murid.

ABYAAT
Zikr is an ardent desire which bestows Allah�s Liqa,
And immerses the Zakirs in the Zaat of Allah,
Zikr is a Noor, Allah grants the status of His Hazoori because of it,
How can such Zakirs be unwise and insane?
Zakir becomes endowed with the ability of Glance,
How can these Zakirs be like cow and donkey?
Zakirs are available with eternal existence,
And they find the company of Messengers and live in peace.

Hazoor (Sa Allah Hu Aliha Walihi Wasilim) said: �foremost of all duties is the Zikr of Lord �La Ilah Il Allahu Muhammad ur Rasool Allah�.

Murshid Kamil is he who stays in the status of a beginner while exalts the Talibs up to the status of the perfects with the Hazraat of the Ism e Allah Zaat.
 

BAYT
He is not a Talib, who cannot not gain Wisaal,
He is not a Murshid who is used to beg.
