THE EXPLANATION OF MARIFAT (GNOSIS TO GOD)
What you have seen or understood something with your wisdom and intellect
or you have discovered with discussion or tasted a taste from the creation or
have got access to every station and every position of Wilayat and Hikayat; this
is not Marifat of God!
Marifat has four stages: Love, Maut, vision and meeting with the Spirits of Holy
Messengers, Aulia Allah and Majlis. There are four marks of Marifat: awareness,
glance, patronage of Murshid and friendship with Allah. There are four knowledge
for Marifat: Practice, Superior (Aala), Hereafter in good, forgiveness (afuw).
There are four Noors of Marifat: with Allah Hazoor, Zikr, Mazkur and forgiven
body.
Allah says: �that Allah may forgive you of your sin that which is past and that
which is to come� (48:2)
There are four dwelling quarters of Marifat: the quarter of Ayan, quarter of
Lahut, quarter of Lamakan and quarter of Fana Fi Allah.
Whatever Arif perceives, perceives from Hazoori; and whatever speaks, speaks
with the core reality of Hazoori; and whatever hears, and listens is from
Hazoori. The Tawajuh of Arif is always from proximity of Allah. All worlds are
in Tassaruf of the Arif. Marifat means identification and he who identified and
saw he lost his self from himself.
BAYT
I always take His vision without a head and eyes,
And communicate with Him without words, this is apex of Fukr.
